"Things aren't different; things are things" - William Gibson

Proceeding with cautious optimism, we're pleased to announce that we are open again.
As excited as we all may be, we'd like to request some assistance in returning to relative normalcy by approaching this transistional period with prudence.
With that in mind, please note that the following will be considered mandatory and non-negotiable in-shop policy until further notice.

*We will be operating at reduced hours for the time being.
*We will not be accepting walk-in clients for services or for appointment scheduling.
*We will be limiting our menu to more maintenence oriented services in order to ensure shorter exposure durations.

*In accordance with Durham Region Health Department's mandates, guests and service providers alike must wear facial coverings for the entire length of the service.
*As such, and in compliance with the Ontario Ministry of Health, our service menu will exclude beard trims, shaves, and eyebrow trimming.
*We will not be offering our complimentary beverages and do ask that if possible, no outside food or drink enters the premises.
*Please limit use of phones and other devices, as well as use of washroom if possible, to only when absolutely necessary.
*Lastly, we will be distancing appointments as much as is possible which means that if you are accustomed to arriving as a group, it would be an immense help to have special arrangements made where possible to arrive one at a time instead.
Please note: We will be designating Mondays to high risk and immune compromised clientele, by request. Please be reasonable about whether you feel this applies to you.

I am sure that if we are all diligent in protecting ourselves and others, we will require fewer strict regulations moving forward so please bear with us and do what you can to work with us on this.

As always, if there are any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to respond as promptly as possible and do whatever we can to make accommodations.
